This is the result of improved engine performance at medium-high rpm thanks to accurate management of air-fuel mixture.
Even more impressive is the way the curve becomes fuller and more linear, especially between 4,000 and 7,000 rpm, which is the range widely used in “real-world” riding, both on and off-road. This is the typical scenario where such a bike needs to perform at its best, considering that an adventure model like the 800MT-X is used primarily at lower and medium revs to ensure traction control and smoothness on poor-grip terrain.
