Dimensione Sport was founded in Camino, Italy. Initially the company sold reprogrammed EPROMs that improved the performance of competition cars.

Production and commercialisation began of the first Rapid auxilliary modules for cars, tractors, lorries and boats.

For the first time a Dimsport tool communicates with the stock ECU.

The business expanded to two-wheelers with the creation of the auxilliary module product line and Rapid Bike accessories.

Dimsport began production of the power bench tester line under its brand name for the testing of diverse vehicle types. This is the Dyno product line, which has recently been enhanced with the new ‘Dynorace A2ction’

Ecomotive Solutions is born, specialized in improving the environmental performance of each type of engine. Today the company is able to meet the OEM requirements (vehicle or engine manufacturers, CNG/LNG/LPG system manufacturers, energy system manufacturers), as well as those of professional operators interested in retrofitting vehicles or engines already in operation (fleets of industrial and commercial vehicles, public transport, waste disposal, special marine and industrial applications, energy production plants).

Active since 2000, the Modena-based company Autogas Italia produces and distributes CNG/LPG conversion systems for petrol vehicles. It is known worldwide as the professional's interlocutor in the field of gas conversions of any petrol or diesel engine. Joins the group in 2017.

In 2019 the acquisition of GLF Turbine is defined, a manufacturer of stator components for gas turbines that boasts thirty years of experience in the 'Oil & Gas' field.

In 2022, Valis, design and installation of dedicated petrol vapour recovery systems, also joined the group.
